• Deliver an organisation-wide OD strategy aligned to corporate objectives.
• Design and implement a performance development framework (PDR/PDP) to enable talent development and succession planning.
• Leading the introduction of digital solutions to support performance and development processes.
• Deliver leadership and management development programmes, including mentoring and coaching initiatives.
• Advise senior leadership on organisational culture and change management.
• Deliver employee engagement strategies, including surveys, action planning, and improvement initiatives.
