What is expected

• Experience supporting children with SEND (desirable but not essential).
• Transferable experience (e.g. care, youth work, outdoor education, or personal SEND experience).
• All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
