Skills and requirements

  • · Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), QTLS, or equivalent SEN-related teaching qualification.
  • · Substantial experience working with children with SEN (, ASD, SEMH, ADHD), ideally in roles such as SENCO or within PRUs.
  • Deliver engaging, individualised learning programmes.
  • · Proven ability to design.

  • · Type of Work: 1:1 tuition within the students home or in a library/learning hub.
  • · Duration: Varies based on individual pupil needs.
  • · Hours: Minimum 1 hour per session, up to 3 hours per pupil per day (part-time and full-time roles available).
  • · Rate of Pay: up to GBP30 per hour (dependent on experience and pupil requirements).
