A corrugated packaging company which prides itself on delivering the highest quality of customer service is on the search for an outstanding Account Manager.

We are looking for someone who exudes charisma as a key part of your role will be to develop long-term positive commercial relationships with relevant commercial contacts. As the lead point of contact for all escalation matters specific to your portfolio of accounts, you will consistently work in a professional mannerism and make a lasting impression from the get go. You will also act as the liaison between the client and internal teams; delivering feedback and ensuring the timely and successful delivery of all artwork, so a high calibre of communication skills, both written and spoken, will be key.
Candidates must be commercially minded, as a key responsibility for the selected Account Manager will be to generate accurate reports, including forecasting and tracking key account metrics.

Knowledge of the print, packaging and/or labels sectors, and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a client facing role be essential to apply for this position.
