What the role involves
- Support for a wide range of less and more complex conditions to provide evidence based and timely support reducing the risk of harm and improving outcomes.
- ·Responsible for leading delegated service improvement and quality initiatives to drive forward improvement for CYP in our area.
- Support and training for junior staff and other professionals to ensure a highly skilled, supported workforce.
- ·Working with Local Authority and Team lead to develop area wide 2-3 year service.
- The Humber Health Partnership is one of the largest acute and community Partnership arrangements in the NHS, seeing well over one million patients every year and managing a budget.
- Together we employ nearly 20,000 staff.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant Degree/MSc in Speech and Language Therapy.
- Current HCPC registration.
- Post graduate study in appropriate clinical areas e.g. MSc modules in Paediatrics.
- Wide range of CPD activities, esp. related to specialist area.
