How the role works day to day

Joining the hotel maintenance team, as a Painter and Decorator, You will carry out any painting and decorating tasks within the hotel to the highest standard. Ensure minimum disruption to guests with the adequate provision of protection and warning signs and be safety conscious at all times with regards to yourself, guests and any staff. Supporting service-by-service logistics operations while learning systems, routines, and working standards.

What needs to be in place

• Prior experience and knowledge of painting and decorating in a large scale venue.
• Knowledge of painting techniques and materials.
• Experience of general maintenance tasks.
