What the role involves

• Reporting directly to the Site.
• Coordinate activities of subcontractors and internal supervisors involved in painting and insulation works.
• Ensure all operations under your control adhere to company policies, national, and international health, safety, and environmental legislation, aligning with the HSE plan.
• Monitoring subcontractors’ performance to ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Ensure timely mobilization and deployment of resources in line with the construction schedule.
• Verify the suitability, training, and competence of personnel involved in painting and insulation activities.

Skills and requirements

• Proven experience in supervising painting and insulation works on large-scale industrial or power projects.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and teams efficiently.
