We are recruiting for a Paralegal to join our Retail Mortgage Services (RMS) team in Birmingham. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on an exciting, bespoke project, supporting the delivery of high-quality legal services within a dynamic team.

Legal work involved

Assist in managing a varied caseload, progressing matters through the litigation process while working closely with and supporting more senior fee earners. Investigating and analysing claims, preparing draft advices. Assisting solicitors with preparing trial bundles.

Legal skills and experience

• The position provides exposure to complex work, alongside opportunities to develop litigation experience and contribute meaningfully to the success of a new and evolving project.
• Accuracy, good organisational skills and flexibility.
• Good knowledge of Word and Outlook is required and experience in Excel, PowerPoint, interwoven would be beneficial.
