What the role involves

• The Paralegal Specialist provides comprehensive legal, governance, and compliance support for CB&I Asset Solutions,.an operating company with the CB&I group.
• Supporting the legal and governance needs specific to CB&I Asset Solutions, including corporate recordkeeping officer/director updates, license renewals, and corporate filings.
• Ensure timely execution of statutory filings, annual returns, licensing renewals, and regulatory submissions.
• Maintaining accurate corporate data and compliance requirements in the entity management platform.
• Legal Operations & Cross Regional Coordination.

Skills and requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, paralegal certificate from an accredited program or equivalent experience.
• Strong Paralegal experience with a focus on corporate governance and international entity management.
• Experience supporting regional or global entity portfolios, including complex corporate structures.
