Park F&B Team Leader

LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is looking for a Park F&B Team Leader, with the role focused on have the opportunity to be part of an energetic, fun environment that strives every day to deliver outstanding service to our guests. It would suit someone who can bring we are recruiting confident Team Leaders to work across our Park Catering operation within the Food & Beverage department at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort to the role.

Supporting task-by-task logistics operations while learning systems, routines, and working standards. Be able to maintain excellent relationships across the business and wider resort.

The approach that fits

We are recruiting confident Team Leaders to work across our Park Catering operation within the Food & Beverage department at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. Be able to remain calm under pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner.

What needs to be in place

• Previous Food & Beverage experience is desirable.
• Be approachable at all times with a positive can-do attitude, showing the team your ability to be a great leader and responsible towards the business.

• Being a leader within the operation and ensuring the team keep to a high energetic, fast-paced service by driving performance, productivity, and quality throughout.
• A starting rate of £13.05 per hour, rising to £13.40 after your training period plus fantastic benefits listed below.

• Working as part of a team as well as leading the team to ensure the operation runs smoothly.
