We are seeking a skilled and versatile Handyperson/Painter to join our maintenance team in Novotel York. Perform high-quality painting work on interior and exterior surfaces.

Where someone would start

Be detail-oriented, efficient, and able to handle diverse maintenance challenges. Preparing surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and applying primer. Maintaining and organize tools and equipment.

What is expected

• Proven experience as a handyperson or painter.
• Proficiency in various painting techniques and use of painting tools.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment.
