• Providing support services on client sites including.
• Assisting the Regional and Account Managers with providing holiday and sickness cover for smooth running of allocated contracts.
• Site spot checks to monitor if staff Onsite have all necessary equipment, uniform and consumables to carry out their duties.
• Reporting any delivery issues or short comings of service delivery Onsite to Regional and Account Manager.
• Assisting as required Regional and Account Manager carry out monthly audits on each site.
• Provide feedback to the operatives Onsite.

Skills and requirements

• Have experience within soft services, ideally cleaning including specialist cleaning.
