Skills and requirements

• A Level 2/3 teaching assistant qualification is desirable.
• However, those with relevant school experience will also be considered.
• GCSE English & Maths (Grade C/4 or above for both) or equivalent Level 2.
• Current DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for a new one through Connex.

Confirmed role details

• £- per week (depending on experience and qualifications).
• Part-time, Thursday–Friday (8:30am – 3:30pm).

Additional role context

• Connex Education is working with a primary school in Upton seeking a part-time Teaching Assistant to support across Key Stage 2 classes (Years 3, 4, 5 and 6).
• Will primarily involve supporting pupils in maths, so a solid working knowledge of the Key Stage 2 maths curriculum is essential.
