Travel support (cycle scheme and season ticket loans)Hybrid working from day 1. Define and evolve partner program frameworks to support scale, quality, and performance.

Reporting on adherence to onboarding, enablement, delivery, and sales benchmarks. Identify inefficiencies and lead initiatives to improve partner productivity and outcomes. Driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights and operational best practices.

What needs to be in place
- Solid experience in Partner Success, Partner Programs, Onboarding, or similar roles.
- Proven experience designing and scaling global partner programs.
- Experience working within complex, matrixed, global organisations.
