Partner Monitoring Lead

Partner Monitoring Lead focuses on design, and effectiveness of the iar & partner monitoring framework, ensuring alignment with sup 12, prin 2a (consumer duty), and fca expectations.

What the role involves

• Design, and effectiveness of the IAR & Partner Monitoring Framework, ensuring alignment with SUP 12, PRIN 2A (Consumer Duty), and FCA expectations.
• Operational Ownership: Lead the implementation.
• Framework Design: Demonstrable ability to design and run an AR monitoring framework end-to-end.
• Technology & Automation: Experience using technology or AI tools for monitoring, surveillance, or process automation.
• Judgement & Autonomy: Excellent judgement and ability to operate independently, driving change where needed.
