What the role carries

Drive partner success by managing all facets of the partner lifecycle for large, complex strategic accounts. Spend time analysing partner performance data, preparing strategic recommendations, and facilitating cross-functional meetings to resolve partner escalations. Defining and coordinating partners' programme requirements, managing non-standard partner needs, and accelerating deployments by identifying programme expansion opportunities.

What the role depends on

  • Acquire deep knowledge of customers' vision, products, and objectives, anticipating partner needs and resolving significant pain points before they escalate.
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
  • Experience with business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business.
