Skills and requirements

• The team welcomes candidates with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE who have experience in personal injury (defence), motor, counter fraud, medical negligence and Employer’s Liability/Publ.
• You should have robust experience with the Sheriff Court and Court of Session, assisting on large cases, and managing sensitive and intricate cases such as historic abuse claims.
