What the role involves
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies, building strong relationships with brands and agencies to drive pipeline growth and revenue.
- Managing a structured sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasting and regular reporting on performance and opportunities.
- Leading negotiation and structuring of complex, multi-platform and multi-year agreements.
- Driving high-value commercial opportunities, including naming rights partnerships and long-term strategic deals.
- Overseeing partner onboarding, activation delivery and ongoing relationship management to support retention and upsell.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure all partnerships are commercially sound and operationally deliverable.
