Parts Advisor (Late Shift)

The Parts Advisor (Late Shift) position centres on ensure that the image and levels of customer service within the department is in line with company standards. It would suit someone who can bring good telephone answering/interpersonal skills to the role.

What the work leans on

We are recruiting for a commercial vehicle Parts Advisor to join the team here at our Mercedes-Benz dealership located in Stoke! As a Parts Advisor you will be responsible for receiving all parts orders and ensuring they are accurately and promptly picked and despatched.

Where the technical work sits

• Ensure that the image and levels of customer service within the department is in line with company standards.
• Locate unavailable items from other suppliers and arrange for delivery or pass order to stock control for Vehicle Off Road (V.O.R.) orders to be raised.
• Receive all parts orders, interpreting customer requirements and giving advice on any additional requirements or prices.

Technical requirements

• Previous parts department/stock control experience.
• Previous experience with Mercedes-Benz products an advantage.
