Parts Stores Person focuses on identify and understand technician requirements.
What the role involves
- Identify and understand technician requirements.
- Provide prompt and courteous counter service to staff collecting parts.
- Issue materials to GSE Technicians, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
- Purchase critical parts from suppliers when required.
- Pack stock orders for delivery to outstations.
- Ensure all parts are correctly entered into SAP.
Skills and requirements
- Experience in a customer focused environment.
- Experience in a busy stores or parts environment with strong time management skills.
- Experience within a Parts Department (vehicle, GSE, plant machinery, or similar).
- GCSE A–C (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
Confirmed role details
- 40 per week -Monday-Friday -8am-4.30pm.
