motivated Aftersales Parts supervisor to lead and develop our parts department.

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, Drive and Coordinate sales within this department
  • Manage departmental profitability
  • Develop and deliver parts marketing plans
  • Maintain consistent internal processes (ordering, receiving, selling, returns)
  • Represent the company at events and product demonstrations
  • Ensure high standards of health, safety, and wellbeing

    • What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in machinery parts management preferred, but not essential
  • Previous supervisory or management experience helpful
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong IT, CRM, Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency
  • Full UK Driving License
  • High attention to detail, numeracy, and organisational skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Comfortable working extended hours when necessary

    • As the business continues with new product launches, which deserve the attention to detail in bringing

    them to market. Full support is crucial – from someone on the end of the phone to user-friendly

    manuals and sufficiently-stocked spare parts. We look forward to welcoming team members,
