What the role involves
- Provide accurate and timely information on progress and advice that is easily understood by the customer.
- Ensure accurate daily work records are completed.
- Carry out maintenance of systems including fire doors and fire stopping systems to ensure safe and compliant properties.
- Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in good condition and stocks are replenished as needed, in accordance with the agreed requisition procedures and budgets.
Skills and requirements
- Experience of working in a fire and security environment, understanding the British Standards and legislation.
- Knowledge of analysing passive fire works and implementing effective solutions.
- Involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK manual driving licence.
