Requirements
- Previous experience as a Pastoral Assistant / Cover Supervisor, Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, Pastoral Support Officer, Behaviour Mentor, or similar.
- Relevant teaching, instruction, or learner-support experience.
Job details
- Providing mentoring and 1:1 support where required.
- Working closely with pastoral leaders, Heads of Year, and safeguarding teams.
- Delivering classroom supervision during teacher absence (pre-set work provided).
- Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience preferred).
