What the role involves
- Maintain a safe and happy environment in which students thrive and are the best versions of themselves, achieving positive outcomes and bright futures.
- Safeguarding processes, records, actions, culture.
- Therapeutic approaches and dissemination of best practice.
- Assessing, tracking and reporting pupil progress and outcomes and developing and implementing action plans re. SEMH & wellbeing.
- Coordinating with key staff for the benefit of students e.g. SENDCo.
- Maintaining and writing policies relating to pupil welfare e.g. safeguarding, with the support of SLT.
Confirmed role details
- Up to £30,805 per annum DOE.
- Full Time, Permanent.
- Fenton Grange School is seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Pastoral Lead/ Deputy DSL to join a specialist SEMH school.
- Our learners need a creative, engaging curriculum to help them overcome barriers to learning.
