The Pastoral Lead Officer position centres on supporting students on both an individual and small-group basis to address social, emotional, and behavioural needs. It would suit someone who can bring be confident managing challenging situations and supporting students with behavioural, emotional, or attendance needs to the role.

Supporting students on both an individual and small-group basis to address social, emotional, and behavioural needs. Leading reintegration meetings following suspensions. Liaise with parents, carers, and external agencies to coordinate appropriate support and interventions.

Care skills and requirements

  • Have experience working with children or young people in an educational, pastoral, youth work, or safeguarding setting.
