What the role involves
- Pastoral Lead – SEMH School (Immediate Start).
- Are you an experienced Pastoral Lead with a passion for supporting vulnerable young people?
- As a Pastoral Lead, you will work closely with students who present challenging behaviours and face significant social and academic barriers.
- Providing pastoral support for students with SEMH needs and challenging behaviours.
- Also receive personalised career support from the team.
Skills and requirements
- This role requires previous experience supporting young people with SEMH needs, challenging behaviours or barriers to learning.
- Gain valuable experience within a specialist SEMH setting.
- Appointments will be subject to our stringent vetting procedures, including enhanced DBS checks and references.
- Any appointment will be subject to an enhanced DBS check in addition to other safeguarding checks.
