This PAstoral Support Assistant role is focused on supporting pupils with emotional regulation, anxiety, sensory needs, transitions and social communication. It would suit someone who can bring warm, inclusive and supportive school community to the role.

Main responsibilities
Supporting pupils with emotional regulation, anxiety, sensory needs, transitions and social communication. Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists and pastoral staff to provide holistic support. Engage children through therapeutic, sensory, practical and outdoor learning activities.

Requirements
- Level 2/3 qualification in childcare/education/health & social care or relevant SEN/SEMH experience.
- References covering the last 24 months.

- Start Date: September 2026 or ASAP.
- 08:30 – 16:30 Monday – Friday.
