This Support Worker opportunity is built around we are looking to appoint a Pastoral Support Worker to work with our established and successful pastoral team. It would suit someone who can bring someone who is a creative, motivated, resilient and supportive individual who will act as a positive role model for our student body to the role.
Who the work supports
As part of the role you will be overseeing and delivering enrichment activities suited for the needs of vulnerable or at risk students. We particularly welcome applications from under represented groups including ethnicity, gender, transgender, age, disability, sexual orientation or religion.
How support shows up
We are looking to appoint a Pastoral Support Worker to work with our established and successful pastoral team. As a Pastoral Support Worker you will be assisting the pastoral team in increasing the attendance of disadvantaged students and will be supporting the day-to-day running of the Bou.
