As a Chef de Partie, the work centres on · To ensure that all food is prepared, produced and packed on time. It would suit someone who can bring calm and organised in a fast-paced setting to the role.

Role overview

Description We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Pastry Chef de Partie to become part of our Kitchen team at our state-of-the-art headquarters at Bicester, Oxfordshire. Our ambition of keeping great food and attentive service at the heart of all we do is something we have always kept as a core value of Absolute Taste, this will never change.

Main responsibilities

· To ensure that all food is prepared, produced and packed on time. · Learn to use and look after kitchen equipment such as the ice cream pasteuriser and machine. We cover production, weddings and outside catering events so the work is varied as well as the hours sometimes.

Calm and organised in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements

  • · Experience working as a Pastry chef in a fresh food background for at least year.

  • · 24/7 telephone health & well-being support & counselling service.
  • · 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) per annum.
  • Some weekends and evenings during event season.
