Assist the Executive Head Chef and Sous Chefs with the production of high-quality pastry and dessert dishes.
Lead by example to inspire and train junior kitchen staff.
Maintain impeccable standards of food hygiene, health and safety, and awareness of special diets/nutrition.
Foster strong working relationships within a busy, collaborative team. Your Skills and Experience
Experience: A proven track record in a busy commercial pastry section.
Qualifications: NVQ Level 2/3 in Catering (or equivalent) and a valid Food Hygiene certificate.
Skills: A strong work ethic, creative flair, and excellent communication skills.
Reliability: The ability to thrive in a fast-moving, professional environment.
