This Chef de Partie role is focused on take pride and ownership of the entire Pastry & Bakery kitchen operation, offering guidance and support to your peers, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment. It would suit someone who can bring maintaining and monitor clean and organised sections, ensuring adherence to all HACCP standards to the role.
