Job description

This Chef de Partie opportunity is built around maintaining stock control, ensuring that sections stock levels and production are in line with business levels. It would suit someone who can bring calm and organised in a fast-paced setting to the role.

Maintaining stock control, ensuring that sections stock levels and production are in line with business levels. Supporting and checking that kitchen rotas meet demands of section business levels. Supporting smooth service-by-service kitchen or service operations.

What is expected

  • Previous relevant experience as Chef de Partie in a luxury/Michelin star/5star environment.
  • An understanding and willingness to contribute to a 24h operational schedule when required.
  • Working as required on a rota basis based on hotel, outlet and event hours of operation.
