- Participate in all aspects of the Admin Facilitator role to ensure the smooth running of the department.
- This will require liaising with consultant Pathologists, laboratory staff and service users.
- Core duties include data searches, use of Excel spreadsheets, dealing with emails, audio typing, compilation of Multi-disciplinary Team Meetings (MDT), and monitoring of cases to m.
- The department operates from 08:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday, and the ability to cover a weekend rota will be required.

Skills and requirements
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
- NVQ Level 3 Customer Service/Business Admin or equivalent experience.
- Experience of working in a clerical/office environment or Administrative role.
- Experience in the effective use of a range of IT packages, including Microsoft Office and other systems.
Additional role context
- We are a large centralised service responsible for the analysis of tissue biopsies from both ULTH and NLG Trusts as well as primary care across Lincolnshire.
