Job description

​We are working closely with a prestigious business that provides professional business services to a variety of clients across North Yorkshire, and they are looking for an experienced Payroller/Accounts Admin to join their busy team.

This is a wonderful opportunity to join their team with the purpose of managing your own portfolio and reporting to the Head of Accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • To manage a portfolio of clients' accounts

  • Processing client payrolls, including seasonal workers

  • Reconcile and enter pension contributions

  • Collate payroll reports including P60 & P45s

  • Ensure compliance with HMRC

  • Assist with invoicing and ledgers when required

  • Requirements/Experience:

  • Minimum of AAT L3, or equivalent in experience

  • Experience of Farm accounts preferred but not essential

  • Experience of accounts software

  • Good level of numeracy and analytical skills
