Payroll Administrator focuses on processing payroll from start to finish in a timely and accurate manner.

What the role involves

  • Processing payroll from start to finish in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Creating and maintaining detailed payroll records.
  • Calculating part month payments and holiday pay.
  • Processing P45s.
  • Liaising with clients and clarifying payroll calculations where necessary.
  • Managing client pension schemes across multiple pension providers, including set up and monthly uploads.

Skills and requirements

  • Relevant finance, accounts, payroll, Excel, bookkeeping, or accounting-system experience may be required.

Confirmed role details

  • This is a Full Time position based in central Brighton, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 17.30, with a one hour lunch break.
  • 25 days annual leave, plus bank and public holidays.
