Payroll Administrator
Payroll Administrator focuses on processing end-to-end payroll activities in line with deadlines.
What the role involves
- Processing end-to-end payroll activities in line with deadlines.
- Maintaining and input accurate payroll data (starters, leavers, pay changes).
- Record and validate time & attendance, absence, sickness, and holiday data.
- Ensure accuracy of all payroll outputs.
- Review exception reports, investigate discrepancies, and make corrections.
- Managing statutory deductions and liaise with HMRC and external bodies.
Skills and requirements
- At least 1–3 years’ payroll administration experience (essential).
- Experience using payroll systems (Resourcelink experience highly desirable).
- Confidence using Excel and other MS Office tools.
