- Accurately process payrolls of varying complexity in line with client deadlines and statutory requirements.
- Perform manual calculations for gross-to-net payslips, including complex tax codes, high tax bandings, and retrospective adjustments.
- Independently manage a portfolio of complex payrolls, proactively plan workload.
- Provide compliance guidance to clients.
- Maintaining strong, professional relationships with clients throughout the payroll cycle.
Skills and requirements
- Level 3 Payroll Qualification or equivalent experience.
- Experience with payroll software and integrations.

- 25 days annual leave (increases with length of service) plus normal statutory bank holidays.
