Payroll Specialist focuses on ensure accurate and timely payment of employees within the emea region.

What the role involves

  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of employees within the EMEA region.
  • First point of contact with Payroll vendors EMEA for those countries directly responsible for.
  • Maintaining Payroll mailbox for communication with external payroll providers and HR teams and employee queries.
  • Close co-operation with EMEA Payroll Manager to assist where required and with Local finance.
  • Responsible for reviewing new hire entries, master file changes from myHR, and reconciling payroll files from payroll vendors as well as auditing the payroll system data to the cor.
  • Provide detailed support to the international accounting team.

Skills and requirements

  • Relevant finance, accounts, payroll, Excel, bookkeeping, or accounting-system experience may be required.
