Mornings starting from 04:30 and evenings finishing around 01:001 in 4 weekends off. Average of 40 hours per week on the main rota.

Practical details
- Lead Driver for Coalville:Monday - Friday: £16.55 per hour (£17.05 after 6pm)Saturday: £17.55 per hour.
- Bank Holiday: £35.36 per hour✔️ Additional Benefits:Overtime opportunities at premium rates (extra shifts, bank holidays)Ongoing CPC training and career development opportunities.
- Hours of Work:5 out of 7 rotating shift patterns, planned up to 3-6 months in advance.
- Pay Rate: £13.55 - £35.36 per hour.
