What the role involves
- Supporting the delivery of engaging PE lessons across the primary curriculum.
- Leading and organise lunchtime and break-time sports and activities.
- Delivering targeted intervention sessions to support pupil engagement and behaviour.
- Encourage teamwork, confidence, and positive participation in physical activity.
- Supporting classroom staff in promoting positive behaviour and routines.
- Build strong relationships with pupils to enhance wellbeing and motivation.
Skills and requirements
- Previous experience working with children in a school or sports coaching setting.
- Strong behaviour management skills and a positive, energetic attitude is essential.
- Ability to motivate and engage pupils of all abilities.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare.
