Skills and requirements

• · A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, QTLS, or equivalent) – FE-qualified teachers also welcome.
• · Strong subject knowledge in PE, sports science, fitness, or a related discipline.
• · Experience teaching learners aged 16+ (desirable but not essential).
• · A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and supporting learner progression.
