As a People Advisor, the work centres on working as a key member of the people team, you will provide a commercial and premium people service to your stakeholder group supporting various departments that work nationally a. Where the work sits
Join RSM based out of our Southampton, Liverpool, Manchester or Reading office. Also contribute to the ongoing development of the National People Team function with the opportunity to work on wider service line or national groups.
People work involved
Working as a key member of the people team, you will provide a commercial and premium people service to your stakeholder group supporting various departments that work nationally a. Manage the service delivery. Providing support and guidance to key stakeholders, department heads and line managers to help them manage their areas of responsibility and its on-going development.
Practical details
- Supporting the business with the annual bonus and salary review processes for your area of responsibility but utilising market data and by providing guidance/support to line manage.
- Hybrid and flexible working.
- 26 days holiday (with the option of purchasing additional days).

HR skills and experience
- Support all elements of the employee experience from joining RSM, to going on family leave, to leaving, and everything in between.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience of working at People Advisor level in a generalist role.
- Significant experience in performance management/capability processes.
