People Business Partner
This People Business Partner role is focused on partnering with the HR Support services in the UK and Internationally. It would suit someone who can bring supporting a ‘One Team’ culture through consistent practices, communication, and development of policies to the role.
How the role is set up
Supporting L&D with the launch of new strategic People Development initiatives , ensuring they are adopted and embedded into the teams. Working with the Payroll team to support all pay and reward activities.
Where someone would start
Partnering with the HR Support services in the UK and Internationally. Supporting complex Employee Relations cases globally utilising external legal support where needed. Supporting with line manager confidence in handling people activities.

Supporting a ‘One Team’ culture through consistent practices, communication, and development of policies. Working alongside Retail Operations to ensure consistent communication, policies, and processes.
What is expected
- Support in the development of Area Managers to create a great colleague experience, ensuring consistent people decisions across all areas and regions.
- Experience within Retail or a multisite brand with an international presence.
- 50% staff discount & 25% for family and friends.

- Lead on Pay and Reward across retail, including annual salary reviews, NMW uplift, international equivalents, bonus, and new benefit opportunities.
