We’re looking for a People Business Partner to support the business on a 2 year FTC as it transitions to an AI‑enabled operating model. This role focuses on ensuring the organisation is structured, skilled and supported to deliver AI‑led change effectively. Enabling learning and leadership capability to support AI adoption.

Requirements

• Experienced People Business Partner with strong change and transformation experience.
• Proven background in organisation design, workforce planning and change management.
• Comfortable supporting technology‑enabled or digital transformation.
