The People & Culture Business Partner position with MCS Exclusive centres on supporting the business through a period of significant growth and transformation, including cross-border expansion. Take ownership of employee engagement across the organisation, supported by a small team. Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making and driving people strategy.
