Influencing and challenging stakeholders to ensure effective and practical data-led decisions. Supporting the development of reporting and self-service solutions that meet user and programme needs.

Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Experience delivering data or transformation initiatives, ideally within HR or people data environments.
- Experience engaging and influencing a range of stakeholders across business and technical teams.
