People Experience Officer
As a People Experience Officer, the work centres on to provide the day to day employee relations activity. It would suit someone who can bring use of HR Information Systems to record to the role.
What the work leans on
The role on offer is full-time at 37 hours per week, on a hybrid basis, meaning the successful candidate(s) will work a portion of their hours from home and some from Sidcup and ot. Access to high quality training that supports your career development.
People work involved
- To provide the day to day employee relations activity.
- Providing accurate, effective and timely advice to managers and employees.
- Provide support to managers in the management of absence related to ill health (short and long term).
