• Independently manage a range of employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, performance and conduct issues.
• Supporting managers with investigations, hearings and outcome management.
• Provide practical and commercially focused HR advice in line with employment legislation and company policy.
• Maintaining accurate HR documentation and case records.
• Supporting leadership teams in driving engagement, performance and accountability.
• Develop managers on people management and leadership capability.
