- Supporting managers with investigations, hearings and outcome management.
- Provide practical and commercially focused HR advice in line with employment legislation and company policy.
- Maintaining accurate HR documentation and case records.
- Supporting leadership teams in driving engagement, performance and accountability.
- Develop managers on people management and leadership capability.
