People Systems Data Analyst
The People Systems Data Analyst position in London, England centres on supporting build the systems and insights that support people – and help children thrive. It would suit someone who can bring organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment to the role.
What the work leans on
Document business processes and system workflows and create clear user guides. Advanced Excel skills (e.g. PivotTables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, logical functions).
Technical work involved
- Help build the systems and insights that support people – and help children thrive.
- From system configuration and automation to reporting and data governance, you’ll help build the foundations that enable our teams to operate effectively.
- Managing system configuration including workflows, templates, permissions, integrations and updates.
Technical skills and experience
- Experience working with HRIS, ATS, LMS or similar People systems.
- Experience producing HR or People reports and analysing data.
- Customer-focused with a desire to improve the user experience of systems.

Practical details
- This is a Central Office role in London (Hybrid – 2-3 days in our office).
- Hybrid working with a supportive central team.
