Skills and requirements
- Extensive experience with People Systems platforms, primarily SAP SuccessFactors, and desirable familiarity with CultureAmp and eArcu.
- Proficiency in integration technologies and data management and data governance practices.
- Strong understanding of HR operations and best practices.
- Familiar with design thinking principles and agile methodology.
